1. What goes into your cakes? Apart from complete obsession, we use only the very finest of ingredients. Our eggs are locally sourced from our local farm shop. Our lemon cakes are made with unwaxed lemons and freshly squeezed juice, vanilla extract is what makes our vanilla cakes so scrumptious and Fairtrade cocoa powder and rich chocolate make our chocolate cakes irresistible. We do not add preservatives or additives to our cakes. This really is good old fashioned baking.

2. What flavours do you do? Our Gift Cupcakes are available as vanilla, chocolate, lemon, coffee & walnut and butterscotch. We also have a 'Flavour of the Week' for the Gift Cupcakes, which is a chance to try an extra specially yummy cupcake for a limited period. Bespoke cupcakes like the christening, weddings and party cupcakes are available in a lot more flavours as they are ordered in advance and have a minimum order.

3. What's your minimum order? Gift boxed cakes are available as boxes of 6 or 12 depending on which flavour and decoration you choose. Bespoke cakes are available in minimum order of 36.

4. Do you do top tier cakes? Yes we do, our top tier cakes are a 6" round sponge or fruit cake decorated in the theme of your little cakes. Top tier cakes cost from £35.

5. How much do your Wedding Cupcakes cost? As this range is completely bespoke and you can choose your own flavours and designs it's difficult to quote one price. However, prices range from £1.75 to £3.75 per cake depending on how simply or extravagantly you want your cakes decorated.

6. Can I theme my party cupcakes? Absolutely! Party cupcakes are excellent for decorating as themed cakes, from little motifs on each cake, coloured icing, fondant decorations and sugarpaste models, you cakes can be designed around any theme.

7. Do you do larger celebration cakes and traditional wedding cakes? We do, in fact this is how we began. We have a whole website dedicated to our large round, square and novelty adults and children's cakes as well as traditional wedding cakes, you'll find it at www.cakesbyrebecca.net

8. How much notice do I need to give? Bespoke cakes - Ideally as much as possible to guarantee we can make your order. Our little cakes need a lot of attention and time to get them looking fabulous (bit like us then !) and to save disappointment it's always best to try and book as early as you can. Gift Cupcakes - We ask for two days notice as our cupcakes are all baked fresh by us and hand finished. 9. Do you deliver? All our gift boxed cupcakes include free delivery to B75 - B79 postcodes. If the address is outside of these postcodes but within 20 miles of our kitchen (B77) please call us to discuss delivery charge. Bespoke wedding, party and christening cupcakes will be priced on an individual basis, please speak with us about this when ordering your cakes.
